Refund Policy
How to ask for a refund, what information helps us investigate, and how approved refunds affect your credits.
1. Scope and your rights
This policy covers AICL usage-credit purchases made through Paddle. AICL’s operator is MingHan Li. Support contact: 1509310650@qq.com.
AICL does not offer an additional universal, unconditional money-back guarantee. Refunds are assessed under the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Eligibility and deadlines depend on your location, transaction and circumstances. Any applicable withdrawal right or required consent to start digital supply is governed by those rules; this page does not impose a blanket waiver.
2. How to make a request
For a Paddle purchase, use the support link in your receipt or visit paddle.net to request a refund. You may also email AICL for product support or help identifying the order.
Please include:
- The email used for the purchase and, if available, the AICL account email.
- The order or transaction reference, purchase date and amount.
- The reason for the request and any relevant error or usage details.
Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details. Missing information may require a follow-up to locate the purchase.
3. Usage, delivery issues and defects
AICL supports refund requests for verified duplicate payments, purchased credits not delivered, and incorrect charges. We will check the affected order and usage records and arrange the appropriate refund or correction. A legally required cash refund is not replaced with credits without a valid basis.
AICL does not offer an additional voluntary refund merely because a credit pack is wholly unused, partly used, bought by mistake or no longer wanted, or because you are dissatisfied with an AI result despite the service operating as described.
This rule does not limit statutory withdrawal or refund rights, Paddle's refund policy or decisions, or remedies for non-delivery, material defects or misdescription. AICL cannot override an eligible refund approved by Paddle. Using credits or unlocking Pro does not automatically waive these rights.
API costs actually incurred remain billable when a task fails, is cancelled or is retried. We assess material service problems individually and honour the applicable remedies; the existence of API costs alone does not settle eligibility.
4. What happens after approval
Paddle handles the return of funds for its transactions. The payment method and processing timing follow its applicable rules and your payment provider's processing time.
For an approved refund or payment reversal, we will reconcile the associated AICL order and the corresponding usage entitlement. Unused credits attributable to the refunded purchase may be removed. Unrelated purchases and credits are not automatically cancelled. A partial refund is reconciled against the corresponding part of the purchase. The operational rules for partial refunds and response targets are to be confirmed (待定), subject to Paddle rules and applicable law.
Credit top-ups are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire with time; this is separate from refund eligibility and does not create a cash-withdrawal right. New accounts start with zero credits; this paid beta offers no signup or top-up bonus credits. See the pricing draft. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not itself submit a refund request.
A refund review must trace paid usage to the relevant purchase. Your first successful paid top-up permanently unlocks Pro; no recurring membership fee is required and spending your balance does not expire Pro. If all qualifying payments are fully refunded or reversed, related Pro access is handled as required by Paddle rules and applicable law.
5. Disputes and contact
For an unresolved purchase issue, contact AICL or Paddle with the order reference so the transaction can be investigated. Your lawful rights to dispute a payment remain unaffected. A payment reversal or suspected abuse may require a proportionate restriction on the related entitlement while it is reviewed.
