Terms of Service
How you may use AICL, what usage credits cover, and how we handle your content and purchases.
1. Operator and scope
AICL is operated by MingHan Li, based in mainland China. The operator’s legal form and public contact address are to be confirmed (待定). “We” and “AICL” refer to this operator. These terms cover the AICL desktop application and related website, account, cloud AI and community services.

- Support and privacy email
- 1509310650@qq.com
These terms apply once presented and accepted as required by applicable law. See the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to its buyer terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The initial overseas paid test is available only to people aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. Provide accurate account and purchase information, keep your credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect someone has used your account without permission.
You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account. You must not share access in a way that bypasses applicable usage or security limits. AICL account access does not include a Minecraft licence.
We aim to serve as many overseas countries and territories as supported by applicable law, Paddle and the service providers involved. Availability may vary by location and feature; this is not a promise of access from every country.
3. Software and local actions
AICL assists with creating and editing Minecraft-related code, mods, modpacks, resource packs, shaders and digital assets. The desktop client works with local files and game instances, while account and AI features also require cloud services and internet access. Availability depends on the version, feature and account configuration.
Review the actions requested by the agent, including builds, file changes, installation and game launches. Keep backups of important projects and game instances. You must have the right to use any game, dependency or asset involved in a task.
AICL is an independent product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft and third-party components remain subject to their owners' licences and terms.
4. Usage credits and payment
You buy a fixed number of prepaid AICL credits through a one-time purchase. USD $1 buys 100 credits. This model has no rolling pool or automatic subscription renewal. Proposed top-up options and tax details appear on the pricing page; purchases are not open in this draft.
Billable API usage consumes credits. Each usage settlement is calculated from the recorded provider usage and configured tariff, multiplied by 1.5, converted to credits and rounded up to a whole credit. At the current accounting conversion, this is USD API cost × 150, or CNY API cost × 1.5 ÷ 0.072, before rounding. Positive-cost records cost at least one credit, so the rounded price can exceed exactly 1.5 times API cost. Multiple calls within a task may each be charged.
API costs actually incurred remain billable if a task fails, is cancelled or is retried. Zero-cost operations are not charged under this formula. Duplicate or incorrect deductions can be investigated and corrected. This usage rule does not remove any remedy for defective, undelivered or materially misdescribed services.
Purchased, non-promotional credits do not expire with time. New accounts start with zero credits. This paid beta does not offer signup or top-up bonus credits. Purchase credits before using features that incur API costs. Future usage rates must be disclosed before use; non-expiry does not freeze provider or model rates forever.
Credits are limited to supported AICL features. They cannot be traded between users, withdrawn as cash or used as a general payment method. Eligible purchase refunds and your rights to undelivered paid services remain unaffected, including if a service is discontinued.
For purchases through Paddle Checkout, Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller under the Paddle Buyer Terms. AICL provides the product and support. Our Refund Policy applies alongside mandatory rights.
5. Your content and community publishing
As between you and AICL, we do not claim ownership of your original inputs or outputs. This does not guarantee that an AI output is protectable, exclusive, free of third-party rights, or licensed for every use. Check the licences and permissions relevant to your intended use.
You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store, reproduce and transmit material you submit to deliver the features you request. If you publish to the community, that permission also covers hosting, displaying and delivering the published material through those community features. It is not a general licence to use your work for unrelated purposes.
Community publishing can expose your display name, description, assets and any source bundle you choose to share. Only publish material you have permission to distribute. Other users' reuse remains subject to the licences or permissions provided with the material and applicable law.
Paying for AICL does not grant rights to Minecraft, another creator's work, or commercial sale of a mod. Distribution and monetisation must comply with the applicable game and content licences. Report a rights concern to 1509310650@qq.com, identifying the material and your rights.
Your first successful paid credit top-up permanently unlocks AICL Pro. No recurring membership fee is required, and exhausting your credits does not expire Pro. Billable usage still consumes credits. Gift grants alone do not unlock Pro. Creators control export, community publication/download and source-sharing permissions and Free/Pro access; Pro does not override their licences. If all qualifying payments are fully refunded or reversed, the related Pro access is handled as required by Paddle rules and applicable law. Otherwise, Pro does not expire with time or credit consumption.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use AICL to infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights; distribute malware; gain unauthorised access to systems or data; commit fraud; or generate or distribute unlawful content. Respect third-party download restrictions and licences.
Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential material that you are not authorised to share with the services involved. Purchases through Paddle must also meet the Paddle Acceptable Use Policy. These terms do not authorise prohibited or restricted uses.
7. AI output and third-party services
AI-generated code and assets can contain errors, insecure behaviour, incompatibilities or material resembling existing work. Review and test the output before using or distributing it. We do not promise that every requested result can be generated or that every output will be correct or unique. This does not remove your rights where a paid service is defective or materially different from what was described.
Model, hosting, search, game and payment services may have their own terms and availability limits. The Privacy Policy explains the data sent for these features.
8. Suspension, discontinuation and changes
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, an unresolved payment reversal, a security incident or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us to question a restriction.
We will provide notice of material service or terms changes where required, and seek fresh acceptance where necessary. Changes must not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights or the stated rights attached to an existing purchase. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will address any undelivered purchase under applicable law and the Refund Policy.
9. Liability and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections and remedies. Your statutory rights and access to competent courts remain unaffected. The rules governing a Paddle transaction are set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms.
For an AICL complaint, email 1509310650@qq.com with your account email, the issue and the relevant order reference if available. Please omit passwords and full payment-card details. Payment or refund requests can also be made directly through Paddle buyer support.
